Be Well in Your Body: Therapeutic Program

 

One of the best ways to remain healthy is to be physically active. But it’s hard to stay active when we’re in pain. When we’re injured or suffering from chronic pain or an illness, the last thing we want to do is exercise. But that’s actually when we need movement the most!

 

So, what can you do? Lots! Customized wellness practices will not only keep you moving, but they will also help stimulate your immune system to facilitate healing.

 

Christie’s Be Well in Your Body therapeutic program offers a variety of holistic practices (such as gentle and therapeutic yoga poses and movements, meditation, breathing exercises, and energy therapy modalities) to help facilitate your healing on the physical, mental and emotional levels. Because each person is different, you will experience a customized program based on your personal needs and abilities.

  • How the program works

    To best suit your needs, two options are available.

     

    The Essential (Option A) allows you to work at your own pace with one weekly session with Christie:

     

    • Four (4) monthly 60-minute one-on-one in-person sessions (once weekly)
    • Four (4) monthly Check-In and Reflection emails (prior to and following each one-on-one session)
    • Be Well at-home practices (given at each one-on-one session)
    • Unlimited email support to provide guidance and encouragement, and answer questions

     

    The Transcendent (Option B) provides you with two weekly sessions with Christie for faster results:

     

    • Eight (8) monthly 60-minute one-on-one in-person sessions (twice weekly)
    • Eight (8) monthly Check-In and Follow-Up emails (prior to and following each one-on-one session)
    • Be Well at-home practices (given at each one-on-one session)
    • Unlimited email support to provide guidance and encouragement, and answer questions
    • End of month Be Well Report email to help you track your progress and identify challenges as you move forward toward your goal.
