Eight Limbs of Yoga Workshop Series:
A Virtual 8-week Exploration of Yogic Philosophy
Each week we'll explore one "limb", or component, of the yogic philosophy beginning with a brief presentation of a "limb" and discussion of initial experiences, followed by a one-hour yoga class designed to help you, as an individual, put into practice that particular aspect of the philosophy.
Each of the eight weekly workshop sessions will take place virtually on Zoom on Saturday mornings at 10am and will be 90 minutes in duration.
