If you've tried everything and nothing has worked, the Be Well in Your Body Yoga Program might right be for you.


The Program focuses on:

  • Private yoga sessions that include various techniques proven to reduce, even eliminate, pain
  • All private sessions can be held in the comfort of your own home
  • At-home practices are easily integrated into your everyday lifestyle


Regular yoga classes don't often address your specific needs nor work towards eliminating your pain. The Be Well in Your Body Yoga Program is customised to help you address the root cause of YOUR pain to truly make a lasting difference in YOUR life. Using various holistic techniques, including therapeutic yoga poses and movements, breathing exercises, meditation and more, Christie can help you enjoy the pain-free life you deserve.


During your personal consultation, you will receive a holistic physical assessment and experience a personalised yoga practice that will begin your transformative journey.

Note: There is a a nominal fee for the 90-minute consultation. The fee is waived when you register for the Be Well in Your Body Yoga Program.


Healing requires a concerted effort. Since change and sustainable results take time, Christie suggests a minimum commitment of three months for Be Well in Your Body Yoga Program.
