The Be Well in Your Body Yoga Program is customised to help you address the root cause of YOUR pain to truly make a lasting difference in YOUR life. Using various holistic techniques, including therapeutic yoga poses and movements, breathing exercises, meditation and more, Christie can help you enjoy the pain-free life you deserve.
During your personal consultation, you will receive a holistic physical assessment and experience a personalised yoga practice that will begin your transformative journey.
Note: There is a a nominal fee for the 90-minute consultation. The fee is waived when you register for the Be Well in Your Body Yoga Program.
Healing requires a concerted effort. Since change and sustainable results take time, Christie suggests a minimum commitment of three months for Be Well in Your Body Yoga Program.
